Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, believes that dissolution of the Parliament should be preceded by negotiations concerning restoration of the coalition.
Answering the questions of the journalists concerning negotiations of the President of Ukraine as regards dissolution of the Parliament, A.Yatseniuk stated: "As far as the negotiations in itself are concerned, I have not received any official information".
However, he stated: "In case such negotiations are held, I have my own stand concerning the said issue. I hope that we will understand that this is the drastic method to dissolve the Parliament".
